Google Veo 3.1 Lite Generate Preview（veo-3.1-lite-generate-preview）支持：
  • 文生视频 — 仅传 prompt
  • 首尾帧 — first_frame_url、last_frame_url
Lite 档位：分辨率最高 1080P（无 4K），不支持参考图。
